Once voting is closed, the judge with the highest votes will be contacted, if they decline or cannot judge, the person with the next highest vote count will be contacted. The Sweepstakes judges will be contacted in the order of the vote count until we have a judge that has agreed to judge the Sweepstakes at the CWCCWR Regional Specialty.
