This application is to be completed and submitted to the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of the Western Reserve Board for approval before any commitment is made to the Kennel Club no later than five (5) months prior to the closing date of the proposed supported show. Prior to the CWCCWR review of this application, the Kennel Club will be contacted by a CWCCWR Board Member to inquire of any costs that maybe incurred by the CWCCWR in offering a supported entry and if the Kennel Club provides any perks such as an upgrade from flat ribbons to rosettes. Once this information has been obtained, the CWCCWR Board will review the application for approval. If the application is approved, a letter will then be sent to the Kennel Club asking for permission to be granted to have a supported entry and a list of the trophies will be provided. If the applicant would like to have the results published on the CWCCWR website, it is the applicant’s responsibility to provide the results to either the CWCCWR Secretary or the CWCCWR Treasurer for them to be published on the website.
